3. Ship or Drop Off Your Gear
Send your gear to us or bring it to our retail store for final inspection and confirmation. Once approved, we’ll process your payment or deduct the trade-in value from your new purchase.

Like New No visible wear, flawless operation, no dust/fungus
Excellent Light use, minor cosmetic wear, fully working
Good Noticeable wear, still fully operational
Well Used Heavy use, scuffs or aging, but functional
Faulty Fungus, haze, mechanical issues, non-functional

Items graded as faulty are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may still be eligible for trade-in at reduced value.

📦 Shipping & Inspection

  • Once you accept our quote, you can drop off your item at our studio or ship it to us (shipping instructions will be provided).

  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and confirm if it matches your declared condition.

  • If accepted, we’ll issue your cash payment or store credit.

  • If declined, the item will be returned at your expense.
